How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders ship within 48 to 72 hours of being placed. You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Your carrier is selected automatically based on your location and package. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, so you'll see the applicable shipping cost before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Delivery times and rates vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or carrier-related fees.
Will I have to pay international duties or taxes after checkout?
If applicable duties or import taxes are collected at checkout, you'll see those amounts before you pay. If they aren't collected at checkout for your destination, the destination country or carrier may charge them after shipment, and those charges are the customer's responsibility.
Can there be other international fees?
Depending on the destination and carrier, brokerage, disbursement, or other customs-related service fees may apply. These are separate from the shipping rate and may not be included in duty or tax calculations.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I return a soap I've opened or used?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@justsoapstore.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
For US orders, we do. If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. For international orders, customers cover return shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
