Just Soap ships to customers in the United States and international destinations where shipping is available. We currently have dedicated international markets for Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, in addition to our broader Rest of World market.

International Shipping Rates

Available shipping services and the shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Carrier availability can vary by destination. You will see the shipping options and applicable shipping charge before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other charges required by the destination country. Requirements vary by country.

If applicable duties or import taxes are collected at checkout, the amount will be shown before you pay. If duties or import taxes are not collected at checkout for your destination, they may be charged by the destination country or carrier after your order ships and are the customer's responsibility.

Carrier brokerage, disbursement, or other customs-related service fees may also apply depending on the destination and carrier. These fees are separate from the shipping rate and may not be included in Shopify's duty or tax calculation.

What You Pay at Checkout

Before completing an international order, review the final checkout total and the shipping, tax, and duty information shown for your destination. Because customs requirements and carrier fees vary by country, Just Soap cannot guarantee that an international order will never receive a customs or carrier charge after checkout.
